Refund policy

At Trading Den, we want you to feel good about your purchase. We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery or in-store purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in original, unopened condition with proof of purchase. Because of the collectible nature of our products, all opened trading card products, single cards, graded cards, gift cards, and clearance or final sale items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and we'll work with you to make it right. 

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pre-Ordered TCG products are final sale and non-refundable.
